The 4-methyl-2-nitroaniline, concentrated hydrochloric acid and deionized water were mixed evenly.
Under the condition of 150r/min and 0℃, after stirring for 0.5h, sodium nitrite aqueous solution was added for 0.5h, and the ph value of the reaction solution was adjusted to 8 to prepare diazo solution. After evenly mixing p-methylphenol, potassium carbonate, dimethyl sulfate and acetone, the NANOMET ROOF SHEET printing layer intermediate was prepared by stirring reflux for 3h under the condition of 150r/min and 90℃.
The intermediate, potassium permanganate and deionized water were mixed evenly, the temperature was 110℃, the reflux reaction for 4h, the NANOMET ROOF SHEET printing layer intermediate and dichlorosulphone were mixed evenly, the rotation speed was 150r/min, the temperature was 80℃, after the reflux reaction for 8h, After removing dichlorosulphoxide by distillation, adding diazo liquid, the reaction was carried out for 1h under the conditions of 200r/min, 5℃ and 8 ph value of reaction liquid, and then the intermediate was prepared.
