How is the preservative intermediate of NANOMET ROOF SHEET prepared

2, 6-dihydroxybenzoic acid and dichlorosulfolone were mixed evenly. After reflux reaction for 8-10h at a rotating speed of 150-200r/min and a temperature of 80-85℃, dichlorosulone was removed by distillation. Benzoic acid and aluminum trichloride were added at a rotating speed of 200-300r/min and a temperature of 20-25℃. After 30-40min reaction, the temperature was heated to 70-75℃ for 1.5-2h reaction, and the NANOMET ROOF SHEET preservative intermediate was prepared.

The intermediate, acetaldehyde solution, din-propylamine and methanol were mixed evenly. After reaction for 5-7h at a rotating speed of 150-200r/min and a temperature of 70-75℃, the methanol was removed by distillation, and the intermediate, n-butanol and sodium methanol solution were added again at a temperature of 90-95℃ for 10-12h to prepare the intermediate. The intermediates, n-bromosuccimide, benzoyl peroxide and carbon tetrachloride were added to the reaction kettle at 80-90℃ for 8-10h to prepare the NANOMET ROOF SHEET preservative intermediates.

The intermediate, 1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethylpiperidol,n, n-dimethylformamide, and copper sulfate were mixed evenly. After reaction for 8-10h at the rotational speed of 150-200r/min and the temperature of 140-150℃, the filtrate was filtered and removed, and the solvent was removed by distillation. The substrate, potassium carbonate, deionized water and tetraethyl ammonium bromide were added to the reaction kettle for 2-3h, and then the antiseptic intermediates of NANOMET ROOF SHEET were prepared. The 4-methyl-2-nitroaniline, concentrated hydrochloric acid and deionized water were mixed evenly under the conditions of 150-200r/min and 0-5℃. After stirring for 0.5-1h, sodium nitrite aqueous solution was added for 0.5-1h reaction, and the ph value of the reaction solution was adjusted to 8 to prepare diazo solution.
