
Apigenin and epoxy resin powder were magnetically stirred for 15min, respectively, and dissolved in distilled water. After that, the device was transferred to 70℃ ultrasonic bath for ultrasonic treatment for 3h, so that the flavonoids and epoxy resin powder were completely dispersed. The mixed solution was refrigerated at -4℃ for 1.5h, and then filtered by Brinellite funnel respectively. The precipitated powder filter cake was formed and coated on NANOMET ROOF SHEET was washed three times in deionized water and ethanol solution respectively.
The washed filter cake was dried in an electric oven at 120℃ for 6h, and the dried powder was calcined for 2h in a tubular furnace at 500, 600, 800 and 1000℃ respectively, and then the ball mill was used to grind the calcined product to the form of nanometer size. At 35℃, 0.7g of neodymium nitrate was dissolved in a mixture of 5mL hydrochloric acid and 4mL hydrogen peroxide. The pH of the solution was adjusted to 3.5, and then the solution was electrostatic sprayed onto the metal substrate of NANOMET ROOF SHEET for 60s.
The sprayed NANOMET ROOF SHEET was washed with deionized water, and then the nano powder of epoxy resin and apigenin was sprayed into the metal sample for 40s. After that, the metal sheet was solidified in an air blast oven at 230℃ for 2.7h and then removed. NANOMET ROOF SHEET with rare earth nanocoating can be obtained.
