Luteolin and epoxy resin powder were completely dispersed to be sprayed on the substrate of NANOMET ROOF SHEET

Luteolin and epoxy resin powder were magnetically stirred for 30min, respectively, and dissolved in distilled water. Then the device was transferred to ultrasonic bath at 90℃ for 3.8h, so that the luteolin and epoxy resin powder were completely dispersed, to be sprayed on the substrate of NANOMET ROOF SHEET. The mixed solution was refrigerated for 2h at -4℃, and then filtered by Brinell funnel respectively. The resulting precipitated powder filter cake was washed three times in deionized water and ethanol solution respectively.

The washed filter cake was dried in an electric oven at 140℃ for 6.5h, and the dried powder was calcined in a tubular furnace at 500, 600, 800 and 1100℃ for 3h respectively, and then the calcined product was ground to the form of nanometer size. At 35℃, 1.8g scandium nitrate was dissolved in 4mL sulfuric acid and 5mL hydrogen peroxide mixed solution, and the pH of the solution was adjusted to 3.5. Then, the solution was electrostatic sprayed onto the metal substrate of NANOMET ROOF SHEET for 60s.

The sprayed NANOMET ROOF SHEET metal plate was washed with deionized water, and then the nano-powder of epoxy resin and geraniol was sprayed on the metal sample for 75s. After that, the metal plate was placed in a 280℃ blast oven for 2.5h curing, and then a kind of rare earth nano-coated metal plate was obtained.
