Thermal conductivity: 0.05W /(m*k) at 70 degrees, 0.06W /(m*k) at 170 degrees, dry density <180kg/m3, compressive strength > 8kGF /cm2, tensile strength > 150kA, tensile strength > 100kA after high temperature (600 degrees constant temperature for 4 hours), bond strength > 80kA.
NANOMET Roof Sheet Roof Sheet includes the following weight of raw materials: high silica cotton 13kg, glass beads 119kg, drift beads 6kg, attapulgite hydrosol 5kg, silica hydrosol 5kg; Attapulgite hydrosol is a high concentration hydrosol with a mass concentration of more than 40%. It is made by dispersing the ultrafine attapulgite with a fineness of more than 800 mesh by an ultra-high-speed dispersing machine.
Silica hydrosol is a high concentration hydrosol with a mass concentration of more than 30%, which is made by dispersing 20 nanometer silica by a super high-speed dispersor. The upper mold of NANOMET Roof Sheet is 1/6 cylinder or 1/4 cylinder or 1/3 cylinder or 1/2 cylinder used with the lower mold; Press pressing is to press dry mixture and finished product in a ratio of 1.5-2:1.
