Protective Film: To prevent scratches during shipping and installation, the NANOMET ROOF SHEET is coated with a protective film on the surface of the product. Remove the protective film as soon as possible after installation. It is recommended that the protective film be removed within 6 weeks from the date of completion of installation.
Surface Scratches: If a NANOMET ROOF SHEET has a small surface scratch during installation, a new passivation layer is regenerated due to the self-healing nature of its roofing sheeting. But if the scratch is deep and wide, consider replacing the plate.
Grease and dust: If grease and dust accumulate on the surface of the NANOMET ROOF SHEET during installation, it can be gently wiped off with a clean and dry cloth, rather than vigorously wiping or using cleaning products. Dust can be washed away naturally by rain.
Fingerprint printing: When NANOMET ROOF SHEET is applied to the curtain wall, attention should be paid to fingerprint problems. To remove them, mineral oil is needed. Of course, in order to prevent fingerprints fundamentally, it is best to wear cotton gloves when installing.
