
NANOMET ROOF SHEET uses light, inorganic nano SiO2 and ceramic fiber with very low thermal conductivity as raw materials, aluminum foil with high reflectivity as the underlying material, and adopts single-layer composite structure formed by continuous coating in line with the pressing and baking process. Its thermal conductivity is smaller than that of static air. The thermal insulation performance is about 4 ~ 6 times better than traditional thermal insulation materials, so far the best performance of thermal insulation materials.
The NANOMET ROOF SHEET has an ultra-low thermal conductivity, providing a significant energy savings compared to using traditional thermal insulation materials, and has a diameter of 150mm. For example, a pipe with a temperature of 600 degrees can save 1,400 kilowatt-hours of electricity per meter and 1.4 million kilowatt-hours of energy per 1,000 meters when the thickness of the pipe is only one-third the thickness of traditional mineral wool.
