The lower embossing mechanism comprises a support plate respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the wall on the bottom plate, and a lower embossing roll is rotatingly connected between the top of the opposite inner wall of the two supporting plates. The top of the belt is flush with the top of the lower embossing roller.
