What is a metal tile?
Metal tile is a new type of roofing material made of 3003 series aluminum-manganese alloy and modified asphalt base through high temperature and high pressure. It is a green building material that meets national environmental protection standards and is currently widely used in the market.
The 3003 series aluminum-manganese alloy is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum, and there will be no single metal oxidation and rust reaction. In order to ensure the weather resistance of the metal tile, the manufacturer specially added a fluorocarbon roller coating process to protect the aluminum plate and lock the color layer, so that it will not fade or chalk for 30 years.
The main substrate of modified asphalt tire base is APP high temperature resistant modified asphalt. Asphalt is insoluble in water, so it is an excellent waterproofing membrane in itself. And compared with SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane, it has better high temperature resistance, is more suitable for hot areas, and has a long service life.
The metal tile is light, only about 15kg per square meter, which is 1/6 of the traditional cement tile, which can reduce the load of the building structure. Traditional cement tiles can't do this. They are of high quality and easy to break. They need to consume a lot of reinforced cement and wood, and it is easy to delay the process and waste raw materials in the process of transportation and installation.
The material of the metal tile is soft and can be suitable for all roofing needs, suitable for geometric and heterogeneous roofing systems. It is easy to handle and cut, and will not cause waste of raw materials. Although the price of metal tiles is higher than that of cement tiles, its service life and convenience are significantly better than those of cement tiles. Therefore, after such a comparison, metal tiles are more cost-effective.
